Our handmade soap is thoughtfully crafted in small batches using nourishing oils, skin-loving ingredients, and a gentle cold-process method. Each bar is designed to cleanse the skin while leaving it feeling soft, refreshed, and cared for.

Because our soaps are handmade, each bar may have slight variations in color, shape, texture, and design, making every piece unique. We use quality ingredients and a simple, clean approach to create a beautiful everyday soap for both face and body.

For best results, keep your soap dry between uses by placing it on a draining soap dish or soap saver. This helps extend the life of the bar.

At Zyra Lior, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Because our handmade soaps and skincare products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or damaged-by-customer products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and do our best to make it right.

Refunds or replacements may be offered for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We carefully pack and ship each order to make sure your products arrive safely and in good condition.
